Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
All orders are packed and sent within a few days.

Orders of A4 and smaller, are packed and shipped in rigid mailers.
Larger orders are shipped rolled in sturdy tubes.
If you order both small and large items, they will all be rolled in a tube together.

For international orders the shipping vary from country to country and may take more than a month. If you live outside the EU, custom fees might apply. Check with your local postal service for rates and limits.

Return & Exchange Policy
No returns unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item. Then please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund.

If the package looks damaged at arrival, please take photos before opening.
If the item was damaged in transit, please take photos of each damaged item and the exterior packaging, and email them to me at hello@carolineortega.dk I will need these in order to file an insurance claim and replace or refund your order.
Local pickup
It's possible to pickup your order at Miks Tattoo in Copenhagen.
Just choose this option at delivery options, and follow the information.

Its only possible to pickup your orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00-18:00
after getting a confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
